The fourth issue of the Diversity in the Workplace guide was published in February 2007, including an introduction on the repercussions of the July aggression on disabled workers and employees, and articles on economic integration, including: Retaining an Employee with a New Disability, Job Search Steps, For Better Productivity in the Workplace, Defining Amputation, Tips for Employers, Preparing the Workplace.

This issue of the guide was written and edited by: Iman Khalifa and Imadeddine Raef, with material contributions from Haifa Shheib and Doha Yahfoufi, and included cartoons by Abdo and Amal Kaoush. The guide was supervised by Sylvana Lakkis and produced by Diaa Malaeb.
