The fifth issue of the Diversity in the Workplace Guide was published in September 2007, including an introduction to adopting a diversity policy in business management, articles on job search steps for people with disabilities, the definition of muscular dystrophy and the time factor, success stories from companies that hired people with disabilities, honoring disability-friendly companies, and the results of the economic and social inclusion program’s work.

This issue of the guide was prepared and edited by: Imadeddine Raef, Rasha Nassereddin, and Iman Khalifa, with material contributions from Haifa Shheib, Hanan Halima, Ola Salameh, Samar Salati, and Fayez Okasha, and included cartoons of Abdo. The guide was supervised by Sylvana Lakkis and directed by Fouad Mokdad.
