The third issue of the Diversity in the Workplace Guide was released in April 2006.

The guide discussed the benefits of employing people with disabilities in an interview with economic expert Adnan El Hajj. It urged employers to incorporate global diversity standards into corporate departments. The guide also presented twenty steps to transform companies into disability-friendly organizations, explained how to search for companies that are compatible with the abilities of people with disabilities, and how to prepare for a job interview. The issue also addressed hemiplegia, offering advice for employers and employees with this disability.

The guide was prepared by Iman Khalifa and Petra El Mokdad, edited by Imadeddine Raef, supervised by Sylvana Lakkis, and directed by Diaa Malaeb.
