UNSCOL’s Deputy Special Coordinator, Resident Coordinator and Humanitarian Coordinator, Mr. Imran Riza, visited the Access Kitchen and was briefed on the workflow and praised the efforts made, which contribute to integrating people with special needs into the community and the surrounding environment in a distinctive way.

“It’s impressive what you are doing here at the Social Kitchen and this initiative is an example that should be replicated.

For a long time there has been marginalization of people with special needs and today is a more than appropriate time to integrate them more and more into society,” Mr. Imran said.
