The seventh edition of Diversity in the Workplace Guide was published in August 2008. In its introduction, it discusses the trend of global companies adopting a diversity policy and the benefits of an inclusive environment. The issue included articles on the benefits of employing people with disabilities, an explanation of rheumatism and how it does not limit the productive capacity of people with rheumatism, introducing occupational therapy and its role in employing people with disabilities, and presenting the successful experience of Kazzi Company in diversity and inclusion.

This issue of the guide was prepared and edited by: Imadeddine Raef and Rasha Nassereddine, with material contributions from Haifa Shheib, Ola Salameh and Hanan Halima. The guide was supervised by Sylvana Lakkis and produced by Fouad Mokdad.
