A festive greeting to all of you, my friends and girlfriends, comrades of the long road.
It is so wonderful to come together today to celebrate our movement that was born out of the struggle of each and every one of us, who started struggling on a personal level, facing challenges and difficulties on a daily basis, each in their own way.
However, through our discussions in rehabilitation centers and sheltered workshops, when we were overwhelmed with questions, we discovered that all disabled people in Lebanon face the same challenges and hardships, and that the reasons are also the same: “discrimination.”
