Cooperation between the Federation and the Community Association for the Children of Birut

The Lebanese Federation for Persons with Motor Disabilities invited the Beirut Community Association to collaborate on the Access Kitchen project.

Daily meals prepared by the kitchen are distributed to beneficiaries (located in Mar Mikhael or neighboring areas affected by the Beirut Port explosion), with approximately 90 meals prepared daily by women volunteers in the kitchen. This initiative takes place every week from Tuesday to Friday during July, August and September of this year.

The associations coordinate with the Federation to ensure fair and equal access to kitchen services.

Access Kitchen is more than just a community kitchen run by a group of creative women, under the umbrella of the Lebanese Federation for Persons with Motor Disabilities. This kitchen is a home for diversity and breaking barriers for all segments of society, the key to new and equal opportunities for all, and of course, the home of good food.
