The seventh issue of “Inclusive Development” was published in September 2011, with an editorial titled “Health Services for Persons with Disabilities Between Text and Practice”, detailing the per capita share of public spending on health and the unequal access to health services. The issue dealt with the health profile of persons with disabilities in Lebanon, official circulars that have not been implemented, the issue of not honoring the disabled person’s card issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs in private hospitals, and the difficulties and obstacles that prevent persons with disabilities from enjoying health coverage.

The issue was supervised by Silvana Al-Laqis, edited by Emad Eddin Raif, and designed and produced by Fouad Al-Meqdad.
