On July 4, 2017, the team of the “Tourism for All in Lebanon Project” visited the SHIELD center in Jouya town – Tyre district, and met with the coordinator of the association, Said Al-Natour, to introduce the project and agree on a cooperation and coordination mechanism to implement vocational training at the association’s center in Jouya.

At the meeting, colleague Nada Al-Azir introduced the project and the activities carried out in Tyre district, and Al-Natour introduced SHIELD and its activities. SHIELD expressed its readiness to cooperate in implementing any training or activity, and to include a group of people with disabilities in the planned vocational training, which includes computer and English language training, in addition to the proposal to implement a course in marketing and social communication.
