The Monitor’s role has evolved in its third year to play a greater role in intervening in submitted reports and helping to find solutions for some of them, within its available capabilities. It has also raised some of these reports in the media to shed light on the issue of disability and the violations committed against persons with disabilities.

This report includes 152 reports from various Lebanese regions (Bekaa, South Lebanon, Beirut, and Mount Lebanon).

The Monitor focused on the rights stipulated in Law 220 of 2000, which also demonstrates the commitment of the state and relevant official bodies to protecting these rights.
