This report presents the most significant violations against persons with disabilities that occurred in 2012. It presents violations according to the legal provisions to highlight the most significant issues that require intervention. This report shows that some types of violations have continued since last year, and that no progress has been made in the area of ​​persons with disabilities’ rights in these areas, such as equal opportunities in work and employment, the right to full coverage of medical care, the right to a qualified engineering environment, the right to mobility, and the right to integration into the existing educational system.
