We saw no cooperation from the Ministry of Social Affairs, which withheld the data of people with disabilities from the Ministry of Interior, and the lists it handed over cannot be used to identify the place of registration of disabled voters so that governors can instruct them to set up polling stations for disabled voters who hold a disability card issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs in their polling places.
