The fourth issue of the Inclusive Development newsletter was published in May 2011, and the editorial by Doha Yahfoufi addressed the topic of adapting job descriptions to achieve decent work for persons with disabilities in Lebanon. The issue included a number of selected occupations, detailing the skills and abilities required to perform them and the possibilities of adapting them to suit the abilities of persons with disabilities.

The issue was supervised by Silvana Al-Laqis, edited by Emad El-Din Raif, and produced by: Doha Yahfoufi, Petra Mekdad, Haifa Shahib, and Hanan Halima. It was designed and produced by Fouad Mokdad.
