The Electoral Reform Coalition emphasizes that the opening of candidacy does not necessarily mean that elections are happening! The Ministry of Interior and Municipalities, as well as the government, have a great responsibility to ensure that the electoral entitlement is held on its constitutional date and to provide everything necessary to ensure a fair electoral process.
