The Lebanese Federation for Persons with Motor Disabilities, represented by its President Silvana Al-Laqis, participated in a workshop on lessons learned from the 2022 parliamentary elections – Elections and Inclusion: Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities.

The Federation presented the most prominent results regarding the parliamentary elections in terms of equipment for persons with disabilities and the presence of polling stations on the first floor. The Federation presented its recommendations regarding the candidacy of persons with disabilities and making all polling stations inclusive.
